Tanja is an environmental scientist with 16 years experience in environmental and social impact assessments, natural resource management, community and stakeholder engagement and environmental management for public and private clients around Australia and in Singapore, Papua New Guinea and the South Pacific.
Tanja has an interest is climate change risk assessment and adaptation planning and has undertaken a number of investigations into climate change impacts. She works with a range of public and private sector clients to assess climate change vulnerability and risk to assets and strategic planning and develop feasible and effective adaptation strategies. Tanja is a contributing author for PIANC’s guideline for Climate Change Adaptation Planning for Ports and Inland Waterways and has undertaken climate risk and vulnerability assessments for infrastructure in Australia and the South Pacific.
Tanja has a specialisation in infrastructure, having contributed to all phases of project development and delivery. Her major project experience encompasses roads, light rail, pipelines, dams, deep sea mining, and maritime infrastructure.
