He excels at navigating the intersection of technical, policy, and community perspectives and understand the importance of incorporating multiple stakeholders’ knowledge and input to achieve successful outcomes. His background in environmental science and law provides a diverse perspective, allowing him to effectively negotiate complex environmental management issues, balance the needs of multiple stakeholders, and communicate complex information in accessible language. He has been involved in several Coastal Management Programs throughout NSW and is well-
versed in coastal and marine management frameworks across multiple jurisdictions, including NSW, Queensland, and Victoria.
Michael enjoys working in a dynamic team environment, and he is a proven project manager with experience leading complex multi-disciplinary coastal and estuarine projects. He has demonstrated exceptional organisational skills, managing workflows, budgets and timeframes with excellent communication skills between project team members, client project leadership, and external stakeholders.
