Luke is a Senior Engineer with over 15 years of experience across the water engineering field including flood risk management, WSUD, climate change assessment, geomorphology, and design of hydraulic structures. Luke has proven communication skills in dealing with a range of stakeholders, from technical officers in Council and Government, to individuals in the community. He is committed to delivering quality and timely outcomes to clients.
Luke has been project manager on numerous projects, for both public and private clients, on projects ranging from flood studies to detailed design of creek realignments. With a commitment to transparency and accountability, Luke builds strong relationships with clients to ensure that projects are delivered effectively, and with robust outcomes tailored to client’s needs.
Luke’s technical ability spans across three core disciplines:
Water Resources: Flood studies and floodplain management, modelling of water quality, data collection, compilation and analysis, geomorphology assessments, community consultation and workshops.
Engagement: Coordination and presentation for community workshops in relation to flood risk management, development and implementation of community surveys and facilitation of face-to-face engagements.
Climate change: Risk assessments for community and service assists under various climate scenarios, development and assessment of management and mitigation options.
