Lee has over 10 years professional experience in consulting engineering. His experience spans civil design for transport and water resources infrastructure and property projects and complex flood modelling, primarily across NSW and Queensland. His work spans delivery across both public and private sector projects.
He has both Bachelor and Masters degrees in engineering and completed his Masters thesis on culvert blockage.
His passion is the successful delivery of hydrological and hydraulic projects. He has experience across a range of software including WBNM, XP-RAFTS, RORB, HEC RAS and TUFLOW. He is proficient in the use of spatial data analysis using the QGIS and Global Mapper platforms.
Lee has comprehensive experience in the application of Australian Rainfall and Runoff 2019, as well as companion practice methods and Australian Standards.
