Rhelm is delighted to welcome Thames Kularante and Luke Evans to our team. They bring with them specialist skills in economics and water resource engineering and we look forward to their input on our diverse range of projects.
Thames Kularatne is an environmental economist. With a particular focus on the use of choice modelling valuation of non-market goods, she has pioneered economic analysis techniques across a variety of disciplines, including, transport, natural hazards and water management. Thames will be working at Rhelm on business case development and economic analyses of both policy and infrastructure.
Luke Evans is a senior engineer with significant experience in hydrologic / hydraulic assessments, erosion management, water sensitive urban design, water quality management and climate change impact assessment and mitigation. Luke will be working at Rhelm on a diverse range of water resources projects in Australia and overseas.
